2. User Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old

Users must provide accurate and valid information

Use of fake or unauthorized identity is strictly prohibited

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

Do not share OTP, passwords, or login details with anyone

Any activity from your account will be considered your responsibility

4. Transactions & Payments

All transactions are processed digitally and are final

Ensure correct details before confirming any transaction

Aasaan Technology is not responsible for incorrect details entered by the user

Service charges/commissions may apply depending on the service

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted services

However, we are not liable for delays or failures due to:

Network issues

Bank/server downtime

Technical errors beyond our control

6. Refund & Cancellation

Transactions once processed cannot be cancelled

Refunds (if applicable) depend on service provider policies

Failed transactions will be refunded as per standard processing time

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities

Attempt to hack, misuse, or disrupt services

Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Limitation of Liability

Aasaan Technology shall not be held liable for:

Any financial loss due to user negligence

Delays or failures caused by third-party services

Unauthorized access due to user carelessness
